Awaji Japanese Beef Roll Omusubi

Luxurious meat-roll omusubi with Awaji beef A5 grade loin, belly, and Awaji beef roast beef seared over charcoal and rolled in Awaji Island rice omusubi.

Along with the Awaji beef hamburger steak, you can enjoy changing the flavor with garlic-flavored special sauce, grated ponzu vinegar, and free-range eggs.

You can enjoy the meat rolled rice balls and Awaji beef hamburger steak in your favorite way, which will surely satisfy you!

Awaji Japanese Beef Sushi

A5-rank marbled Awaji beef is seared over charcoal and placed on rice rice made with rice produced in Awaji Island.

The flavor of the meat melting in your mouth will leave you speechless. Enjoy it with soy sauce and Onokoroshizuku salt.

Kachiwari Strawberry, Kachiwari Lemon

Kachiwari ice is now available, perfect for a snack or after a meat dish. Two types of ice are available: Kachiwari Strawberry, which uses Awaji Island strawberries and whey for two layers of sweetness, and Kachiwari Lemon, which uses Awaji Island lemons for a refreshingly sweet taste. Please enjoy this summer-only sweet after your meat dish.
