The set meal menu, a Meat Day staple, has been upgraded! Awaji beef-wrapped hamburger steak (180g) roasted over binchotan charcoal, Awaji Island's premium rice cooked in a traditional Japanese rice oven, slices of specialty Awaji Island onions, and a hearty pork miso soup have been added to the menu.

This pork miso soup is made from Ebisumochi pork, a rare type of pig raised in the great nature of Awaji Island on a diet of high sugar content. It is characterized by its light flavor, as it is not too sweet and the aroma peculiar to pork can be suppressed.

Please enjoy the juicy, deep flavor of the meat-wrapped hamburger steak roasted over binchotan charcoal with pork miso soup.

Awaji Island's high quality rice, which is cooked in a traditional rice oven, is used for the fluffy salted rice balls. The salt is also carefully selected, using "Onokoroshizuku salt" from Awaji Island, which is characterized by its deep flavor. The set meal consists of three omusubi, beef skewers, and pork miso soup!

Salted rice balls are also delicious with meat miso egg yolk on top!
