A combination of ground Awaji beef and pork hamburger steak is wrapped with Awaji beef of A5 grade, the highest meat quality grade, and slowly grilled. It is characterized by its rich juices and deep flavor that spreads in the mouth. It can be served with special Awaji Island onion sauce or grated ponzu vinegar to your liking.

After enjoying the Uzushio Cruise, we came to Uzu no Oka Onaruto Bridge Memorial Museum and had a bite to eat here.
Last time we came to Uzuno-Oka Restaurant with a spectacular view, but we couldn't eat the menu here because it was after lunch, so I'm so happy ‼️ I'm so excited ✨️
I was interested in the meat rolled omusubi set meal, but I ordered the Tamago (tamaran) sandwich, Awaji beef wrapped candy hamburger steak and seared wagyu beef sushi.
The other kids had the meat rolled omusubi set meal and the kids had the Awajishima Burger Awajishima Onion Kitchen Uzuno-Oka hamburger.
It has a lot of eggs with a lot of eggs in between and is very satisfying. ✨️
The Awaji Beef Rolled Candy Hamburger was also delicious.
The Seared Wagyu Beef Sushi was good, although I prefer it a little more rare.
The meat roll omusubi came in three types: Awaji beef A5 loin, Awaji beef A5 belly, and Awaji beef roast beef, and it came with a hamburger steak, so it was very hearty.
It was great to dine on the terrace overlooking the ocean 💕.
